Section 312 IAC 9-1-3.2 - "Aquatic life" defined

Sec. 3.2.

"Aquatic life" means all fish, reptiles, amphibians, mollusks, crustaceans, and any other animal that the department identifies after consultation with a biologist, zoologist, or other wildlife expert.
