Section 312 IAC 9-1-1.5 - "Amphibian" defined

Sec. 1.5.

"Amphibian" means the following:

(1) A frog, toad, salamander, caecilian, or other animal of the class Amphibia.

(2) The parts, eggs, or offspring of a species of the class Amphibia.
