Section 312 IAC 6.3-5-1 - Application of rule for drought alerts and emergencies

Sec. 1.

Unless exempted by 312 IAC 6.3-1-2(b), this rule governs any contract for a water withdrawal or release from a reservoir that occurs during a drought alert or another emergency.
