Sec. 1.
(a) This rule establishes standards applicable to the extraction of sand, gravel, stone, or another mineral from or under the bed of a navigable waterway.(b) Except as provided in subsections (c) through (d), this rule is administered by the division of water of the department.(c) The division of reclamation of the department administers an activity under this rule that is also controlled by IC 14-34.(d) The division of oil and gas of the department administers an activity under this rule that is also controlled by IC 14-37.
