Sec. 2.
(a) The division of historic preservation and archeology of the department shall conduct the technical and professional functions of the department under this rule with respect to a determination or regulation of a historic site (including an abandoned shipwreck located within an historic site).(b) The director of the division of historic preservation and archeology may issue a license under this rule.
