Sec. 4.

A person must not operate a boat in excess of idle speed on Big Oil Creek in Perry County from buoys placed three hundred (300) feet downstream from the boat ramp for Bayou Ridge Campground to buoys placed three hundred (300) feet upstream from the boat ramp for Bayou Ridge Campground.
