Section 312 IAC 5-7-17 - St. Joseph River in Allen County; boating speed zone

Sec. 17.

A person must not operate a boat in excess of idle speed within a zone that lies between the Tennessee Ave. Bridge to the confluence of the St. Mary's River, St. Joseph River, and Maumee River:

(1) beginning at the Tennessee Ave. Bridge (16 T 657134 UTM 4550355); and

(2) continuing downstream to the confluence (16 T 656887 UTM 4549687).
