Sec. 10.

A person must not operate a boat in excess of idle speed on Laughery Creek in Dearborn County and Ohio County within the zone beginning at the confluence of the Ohio River and Laughery Creek and continuing upstream for a distance of sixteen thousand five hundred (16,500) feet to a point at UTM Northing 43203227 and UTM Easting 680037.
