Section 312 IAC 5-2-45 - "Watercraft" defined

Sec. 45.

"Watercraft" means any instrumentality or device in or by means of which a person may be transported upon the public waters of this state, and includes every motorboat, sailboat, rowboat, skiff, dinghy, or canoe of whatever length or size whether or not it is used to carry passengers for hire.
