Section 312 IAC 5-2-25 - "Open boat" defined

Sec. 25.

"Open boat" means a boat that has engine areas, fuel tank compartments, and other spaces (other than weather enclosures) open to the atmosphere and arranged to prevent the entrapment of flammable gases in the boat.
