Section 312 IAC 5-2-15 - "Good marine practice and standards" defined

Sec. 15.

"Good marine practice and standards" means methods and ways of maintaining, operating, equipping, repairing, and restructuring a boat as determined by a marine inspector. In making the determination, a marine inspector shall use commonly accepted standards, including the following:

(1)46 CFR 1.01 through 46 CFR 552.5.

(2) The standards of the American Boat and Yacht Council.

(3) The standards of the Boating Industry Association.
