Section 312 IAC 4-3-3 - Commensurate authority

Sec. 3.

An employee has commensurate authority to carry out the responsibilities of the employee's assignment. Each employee is accountable for the use of this authority. A supervisor is accountable for the performance of an employee under the immediate control of the supervisor.
