Section 312 IAC 29-25-9 - General oilfield wastes

Sec. 9.

An owner or operator shall keep well sites and all facilities associated with the drilling, operation, or plugging of wells for oil and gas purposes free from general oilfield waste unless such waste is stored in covered leak-free containers.
