Section 312 IAC 29-25-24 - Approval or denial of applications; notice

Sec. 24.

(a) The division shall issue notice of approval or denial of an application submitted under section 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 17, or 18 of this rule in accordance with 312 IAC 29-3-5.

(b) A decision to approve or deny an application is subject to IC 4-21.5.
