Section 312 IAC 29-2-92 - "Oil-based drilling fluid" defined

Sec. 92.

"Oil-based drilling fluid" means any oil-based drilling fluid containing greater than five percent (5%) by volume crude oil, diesel oil, or other refined oil product.
