Section 312 IAC 29-2-36 - "Controls or has controlled a well for oil and gas purposes" defined

Sec. 36.

"Controls or has controlled a well for oil and gas purposes" means one (1) or more of the following:

(1) An operator of a well for oil and gas purposes.

(2) An owner of a well for oil and gas purposes.

(3) An officer, director, partner, or other authorized representative of an entity owning or operating a well for oil and gas purposes.
