Sec. 118.
"Shallow Trenton limestone reservoir region" means a carbonate reservoir of Ordovician age where the top of the Trenton formation is located:
(1) within one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet of the surface; and(2) in the following counties: Adams, Allen, Bartholomew, Blackford, Carroll, Cass, Clark, Clinton, Dearborn, Decatur, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Henry, Howard, Huntington, Jasper, Jay, Jefferson, Jennings, Kosciusko, Lake, Madison, Marion, Miami, Newton, Pulaski, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Switzerland, Tipton, Union, Wabash, Wayne, Wells, White, and Whitley.Natural Resources Commission; 312 IAC 29-2-118; filed 12/1/2017, 10:35 a.m.: 20171227-IR-312160230FRAReadopted filed 1/17/2023, 1:53 p.m.: 20230215-IR-312220328RFA
