Sec. 112.
"Reserve pit" means a drilling pit not part of the active circulation system, used to store drilling fluids or to contain fluids generated during drilling operations. Such fluids include, but are not limited to, drill cuttings, drilling fluids, encountered water, rig wash water, and spills or leaks from drilling equipment.
