Sec. 1.
For a directional well, the drilling unit shall be established and the well permitted with reference to the location of the well where it is proposed to be completed in the target formation. All portions of the reservoir exposed in the well bore shall meet the well location and spacing requirements set forth in 312 IAC 29-13.
