Section 312 IAC 25-8-6 - Filing locations

Sec. 6.

(a) The annual statement required of the director shall be filed with the director of the Office of Surface Mining.

(b) All other employees and members of a board (including the commission or advisory board) representing multiple interests as provided in section 4(a) of this rule shall file their statement with the director.
