Sec. 69.
(a) Each application shall contain a description of the hydrology, including water quantity and water quality for the permit area, the adjacent area, and the general area.(b) Information on hydrology and water quality and water quantity outside the proposed permit area and within the general area shall be provided by the director from such areas with similar hydrologic conditions.(c) The applicant shall submit additional information for the permit area as part of the permit application as required by the director and according to this section and sections 70 through 74 of this rule.(d) Water quality analysis and sampling shall be conducted according to the methodology in the latest edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater.
