Section 312 IAC 25-4-66 - Underground mining permit applications; legal and financial information; newspaper advertisement and proof of publication

Sec. 66.

A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the application and proof of publication of the advertisement shall be filed with the director and made a part of the complete application not later than four (4) weeks after the last date of publication required under section 109(a) of this rule.
