Section 312 IAC 25-4-25 - Surface mining permit applications; newspaper advertisement; proof of publication

Sec. 25.

A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the application and proof of publication of the advertisement shall be filed with the director and made a part of the complete application, not later than four (4) weeks after the last date of publication required by section 109(a) of this rule.
