Section 312 IAC 25-4-108 - Review, public participation, and approval or disapproval of permit applications; permit terms and conditions; responsibility

Sec. 108.

The applicant shall provide all information in a complete permit application for review by the director in accordance with this section and sections 109 through 121 of this rule.
