Sec. 10.
(a) The director shall develop a data base and inventory system that will permit evaluation of whether reclamation is feasible in areas covered by petitions.(b) The director shall include in the system information relevant to the criteria in section 3 of this rule, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) Information received from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.(2) The state historic preservation officer.(3) The agency administering Section 127 of the Clean Air Act as amended ( 42 U.S.C. 7470 et seq.).(c) The director shall add to the data base and inventory system information: (1) on potential coal resources of the state, demand for those resources, the environment, the economy, and the supply of coal, sufficient to enable the director to prepare the statements required by section 8(e) of this rule; and(2) that becomes available from petitions, publications, experiments, permit applications, mining and reclamation operations, and other sources.Natural Resources Commission; 312 IAC 25-3-10; filed Jun 21, 2001, 2:53 p.m.: 24 IR 3437, eff Dec 1, 2001; readopted filed May 29, 2007, 9:51 a.m.: 20070613-IR-312070146RFA; readopted filed Sep 19, 2013, 10:12 a.m.: 20131016-IR-312130125RFAReadopted filed 3/26/2019, 3:40 p.m.: 20190424-IR-312190011RFA
