Section 312 IAC 25-1-91 - "Other treatment facilities" defined

Sec. 91.

"Other treatment facilities" means any chemical treatments, such as flocculation or neutralization, or mechanical structures, such as clarifiers or precipitators, that:

(1) have a point source discharge; and

(2) are utilized to:

(A) prevent additional contributions of dissolved or suspended solids to stream flow or run-off outside the permit area; or

(B) comply with all applicable state and federal water quality laws and regulations.
