Section 312 IAC 25-1-53 - "Forestry" defined

Sec. 53.

"Forestry" means land used or managed for the long term production of wood, wood fiber, or wood derived products. Land used for facilities in support of a forest harvest and management operation, which is adjacent to or an integral part of the operation, is also included.
