Section 312 IAC 25-1-16 - "B horizon" defined

Sec. 16.

"Bhorizon" means the mineral layer that is typically immediately beneath the A horizon. The B horizon commonly contains more clay, iron, or aluminum than the A horizon or the C horizon.
