Section 312 IAC 25-1-118 - "Recreation" defined

Sec. 118.

"Recreation" means land used for public or private leisure-time use, including developed recreation facilities, such as parks, camps, and amusement areas, as well as areas for less intensive uses, such as hiking, canoeing, and other undeveloped recreational uses.
