Sec. 5.
A person who performs an investigation or a scientific investigation under this article must demonstrate both of the following with respect to project facilities:
(1) Adequate facilities and equipment will be provided to conduct any nonfield portions of the plan in a manner which is no less effective than the requirements of 312 IAC 21-3-5.(2) If the recovery of human remains is part of the plan, sufficient arrangements will be made for any special or technical analyses.
