Section 312 IAC 22-1-10 - "Historic site" defined

Sec. 10.

"Historic site" means any site that is important to the general, archaeological, agricultural, economic, social, political, architectural, industrial, or cultural history of Indiana. A historic site includes any adjacent property that is necessary to the preservation or restoration of the site.
