Sec. 4.
(a) The department shall give notice of the quarantine as is practicable to the persons who are required to comply with the quarantine. The quarantine is effective when issued.(b) A quarantine is an order which is controlled by IC 4-21.5-4. A quarantine is effective for ninety (90) days unless a shorter period is stated in the quarantine or unless terminated or modified under this section.
