Section 312 IAC 17-2-5 - Inspection powers

Sec. 5.

A commission representative may at any reasonable time enter upon public or private property where a test hole is being drilled or has been drilled to determine if there is a violation of IC 14-38-2, this rule, or an order of the commission.
