Section 312 IAC 17-1-5 - Commencement date of operations

Sec. 5.

A permittee shall commence geological, geophysical, or drilling operations within thirty (30) days after a permit is issued. Upon a showing by the permittee of good cause, the commission may extend the commencement date for an additional period of thirty (30) days.
