Section 312 IAC 1.5-4-74 - Data access fee for Indiana Natural Heritage Data Center

Sec. 74.

(a) The data access fee for the Indiana Natural Heritage Data Center is forty-two dollars ($42) for a thirty (30) minute, site specific search request. A person may complete an unlimited number of search requests under this subsection.
(b) Except as provided under subsection (c), the annual data access fee for the Indiana Natural Heritage Data Center is:
(1) two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) for a government agency; or
(2) three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) for a nongovernment entity.
(c) A nonprofit organization that uses the Indiana Natural Heritage Data Center for research purposes is not required to pay a fee under subsection (b).
