Sec. 71.
(a) An individual who holds a license under this section may take only a wild turkey.(b) The fee for an apprentice nonresident youth yearly license to take a turkey during the spring turkey season is thirty-two dollars ($32) per year.(c) The fee for an apprentice nonresident youth license to take an extra turkey by a means, in a location, and under conditions established by rule adopted by the department during the fall turkey season is thirty-two dollars ($32) per year.(d) An individual must purchase an apprentice nonresident youth license to take a turkey under subsection (a) and subsection (b) to take a turkey during both the spring turkey season and the fall turkey season.Natural Resources Commission; 312 IAC 1.5-4-71; filed 8/30/2024, 11:33 a.m.: 20240925-IR-312240165FRA
