Sec. 69.

(a) A license under this section applies only to taking an antlerless deer.

(b) The fee for an apprentice nonresident youth license to take an extra deer by any means, in a location, and under conditions established by a rule adopted by the department is twenty-four dollars ($24) for a third and each subsequent apprentice nonresident youth license to take an extra deer.
