Section 312 IAC 1.5-4-59 - Fee for apprentice nonresident yearly license to take a deer

Sec. 59.

(a) This section applies to the following:
(1) An apprentice nonresident yearly license to take a deer with the following equipment:
(A) A bow and arrow.
(B) A crossbow.
(C) A firearm.
(D) A muzzleloading shotgun or muzzleloading handgun.
(E) An air gun.
(2) Taking a deer in a deer reduction zone.
(3) Taking a deer under a first or second antlerless license.
(4) Taking a deer on a property that is owned or managed by the military or a national wildlife refuge.
(b) The fee for an apprentice nonresident yearly license to take one (1) deer is two hundred forty dollars ($240) per year.
