Section 312 IAC 1.5-4-45 - Fee for nonresident license to take extra deer

Sec. 45.

(a) A license under this section applies only to taking an antlerless deer.

(b) The fee for a nonresident license to take an extra deer by any means, in a location, and under conditions established by a rule adopted by the department is thirty-nine dollars ($39) for a third and each subsequent nonresident license to take an extra deer.
