Sec. 42.
(a) An individual who holds a license under this section may take only a wild turkey.(b) The fee for a nonresident yearly license to take a turkey during the spring turkey season is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per year.(c) The fee for a nonresident license to take an extra turkey by a means, in a location, and under conditions established by rule adopted by the department during the fall turkey season is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per year.(d) An individual must purchase a nonresident yearly license to take a turkey under subsection (a) and subsection (b) to take a wild turkey during both the spring turkey season and the fall turkey season.Natural Resources Commission; 312 IAC 1.5-4-42; filed 8/30/2024, 11:33 a.m.: 20240925-IR-312240165FRA
