Section 312 IAC 1.5-4-3 - Fees for bait dealer's license

Sec. 3.

(a) If the person is a resident, the fee for a bait dealer's license is twenty dollars ($20) per year.

(b) If the person is a nonresident, the fee for a bait dealer's license is seventy-five dollars ($75) per year.
