Section 312 IAC 1.5-4-29 - Fee; resident license fee to take extra deer

Sec. 29.

(a) A license under this section applies only to taking an antlerless deer.

(b) The fee for a resident license to take an extra deer by any means, in a location, and under conditions established by a rule adopted by the department is twenty-four dollars ($24) for a third and each subsequent resident license to take an extra deer.
