Section 312 IAC 12-1-5 - "Properly functioning well" defined

Sec. 5.

"Properly functioning well" means a nonsignificant ground water withdrawal facility that is reasonably believed to have furnished a normal supply of water until a failure that was caused by a substantial lowering of the level of ground water in the area.
