Section 312 IAC 10.5-2-9 - "Occupied quarters" defined

Sec. 9.

"Occupied quarters" means a structure that is or may be used for any of the following:

(1) Human living quarters.

(2) Business.

(3) Medical services.

(4) Education.

(5) Place of worship.

(6) Public office.

(7) Industrial facilities.

(8) Permanent or temporary overnight lodging for humans.
