Section 31 IAC 5-9-7 - Long-term disability; contribution

Sec. 7.

After six (6) months continuous full-time employment, an employee contribution shall be collected through payroll deductions in the amount of one-fourth of one percent (.25%) of the employee's gross biweekly compensation.
