Section 307 IAC 1-3-7 - Registration in other states; reciprocity

Sec. 7.

The board may waive the requirement to pass a soil science fundamentals exam for an applicant who passed a similar exam and is registered, certified, or licensed in another state on the date he or she applies for registration.
