Section 307 IAC 1-3-2 - Exclusions; activities prohibited

Sec. 2.

No one is prohibited from practicing soil science; however, an individual who is not a RSS may not use, assume, or advertise in any way a title or description tending to convey the impression that the individual is a RSS.
