Section 305 IAC 1-5-2 - Public interest

Sec. 2.

(a) A licensed professional geologist must uphold the public health and safety in the performance of professional services.

(b) A licensed professional geologist is encouraged to promote public awareness of the effects of geology and geological processes on the quality of life.
