Section 305 IAC 1-2-8 - "Responsible position" defined

Sec. 8.

"Responsible position" means a position which, in order to perform geological work or supervise geological work, requires both of the following:

(1) The exercise of control over a task or tasks independent of immediate supervision.

(2) The use of initiative, skill, and independent judgment.
