Section 290 IAC 1-2-8 - Recovery of duplicated payments, overpayments, or illegally expended funds

Sec. 8.

When information resulting from an audit conducted under section 5 of this rule identifies financial assistance that constitutes overpayment or duplicate payment, or financial assistance that has been spent in violation of Indiana law, the department may exercise all of its legal rights to recover the financial assistance.
